Layout v3.0 ... Color Scheme: Drowning Since last update: Finished re-formatting just about everything! I only have a few more stories en queue for formatting, either because I've lost them and need to find them somewhere (anyone got "Eulogy for the Dream King"?) or because they're brand new and am waiting for them to be sent to me. *pokes Ali* So the Anime section doesn't work yet.... Everything else should be fine. And without further adieu, I heave a great sigh of relief ... and get to work on the next subsite. The grass is always greener, they say, with such conviction that I often find myself compelled to cross the fence and see if it's true. Writing -- particularly fanfiction -- was never about painting the characters in a more positive light, never about turning someone else's world into what I wanted it to be. Fanfic wasn't about all the things you hear it is. No, for me, fanfic is about leaving Reality behind, about finding the things that make these other worlds sing and letting myself roam free within them. Fanfiction is slipping out the backdoor, unseen and unheard, and escaping. |
